Namhun kim, Ph.D.
Namhun Kim is an associate professor in the School of Mechanical, Aerospace, and Nuclear Engineering. He earned B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from KAIST in 1998 and 2000, respectively. Then, he worked as a senior researcher in Samsung Corning, Co., LTD. From 2000 to 2005. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Penn State University, University Park, PA, USA in 2010. He worked as a research associate in Penn State University before joining UNIST. His research interests cover additive manufacturing (3D printing), manufacturing system analysis and agent-based modeling/simulation of complex systems..
